We strive to make any space appear and feel comforting, balanced and timeless in style through attention to detail and personal touch. As a boutique studio clients are assured a highly personal experience with an emphasis on collaboration and individualized service.
Here all requirements are put together. Everything from your current lifestyle to your likes and dislikes will be carefully discussed for us to create the essence of what the space will ultimately exude. This is your space and it’s meant to truly feel like home. Preliminary concepts will be presented through visuals and color schemes and materiality. This process will eventually lead us to the overall final aesthetic and vision.
Now that we have established a concept, the corresponding plans and details will be refined to solidify the ideas presented. We will produce all aspects of the interiors. These include floor and furniture layouts, lighting layouts, materials and finishes and corresponding visuals to help you see your space come to life. A list of furniture, fixtures and equipment is also part of this process.
Once the Design Development stage is signed off, we move on to complete all the technical CAD drawings required for the construction and implementation of the design, along with plans, sections and elevations. We also complete all the drawings & packages to facilitate manufacturing and quoting by specialist subcontractors.
After everything has been approved and signed off in the previous stages, the job goes live and the build-work begins. Once the work has been done, we supervise the installation and deliveries of the furniture and final touches.
